There are a number of ways to help….

1. Answer the Nominet Consultation

You can respond to the consultation either by completing an online form, by downloading the consultation and emailing your comments to  or by requesting a hard copy of the consultation from

2. Attend a consultation meeting

Nominet held three roundtable discussion sessions in London:

6 November – for domain name registrars.
7 November – for small and large businesses, trademark holders.
9 November – for civil society, consumer advocates, and academics.

There will also be four further meetings that will be open to all:

14 November in Cardiff
28 November in Glasgow
4 December in Manchester
11 December in Belfast

To answer specific questions you may have about the proposals, Nominet also held an ‘Open House’ on 8 November 2012 in London.
